第二種主要是針對燃油燃燒器,這種燃燒器通過增加油泵的功率,以及燃燒器風機的功率增加燃料噴出的動能,同時增加燃燒器油管噴嘴口的數量,減小噴嘴口的孔徑來強化這種效果。最終噴出的燃料分散均勻,同時顆粒很小。達到霧化的效果,這樣燃燒器殘余的氮化物就會大大減小。但是這種低Nox燃燒器對優品的要求也比較高,所以像甲醇,費油,以及重油都是不允許使用的,使用這種原料不但達不到低nox排放的目的,還容易損壞機器。說了這么多相必大家對低氮燃燒器的原理已經有了一個初步的認識,大家可以根據自己的實際需要選擇適合自己的燃燒器廠家的低氮燃燒器產品。
